The dataset contains 365 observations of 12 variables on cases disposed off by Chief Commissioner of Persons with Disabilities (CCPD). The data has been manually compiled based on the case orders on various variables such as status of benchmark disability, state/union territory of the complainant, gender of the complainant , date of filing and disposal of the complaint. The researcher has read through the order to identify the subject matter of the complaint like education, employment, health, livelihood ,etc. and the type of decisions provided by the CCPD.
