This is the third watch report on Rajasthan’s Periodic Review Committees (PRCs) by the Com-monwealth Human Rights Initiative (CHRI). CHRI’s first report on PRCs was published in 2011 which compiled data from June 2009 to June 2010 (2009-10). It was followed by the second report in June 2015 which provided information for eight months from September 2013 to April 2014 (2013-14). The present report provides an update since the second report, and is based largely on data gathered from May 2014 to April 2015 (2014-15).
